Why start blogging about it now? I've got my various test blogs, documentation blogs, picture blogs, project blogs, but this is different. This is more like a fish blogging about water. The stuff I'm always in but never think about.
I don't know if this will improve anything, but I find documentation is rarely a bad thing, so I might get something positive out of it, even if its just some history.
